Product Description
PMI is a titanium self-tapping dental implant with a pronounced conical shape, with a reduced diameter of the coronal part of the implant, with variable threads and an internal conical connection.
The implants are made of medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM-136. Implants are available in diameters from 3.3 mm to 6.0 mm and lengths from 8 mm to 16 mm. The outer surface of the implant undergoes double treatment (sandblasting and acid treatment). The texture of the outer surface of the implant has micropores measuring 1-4 macropores and macropores measuring 30-40 micrometers. The external thread of the implant has a double helix shape.
The internal connection of the implant is a cone with a 2.1 mm hexagon for implants with a diameter of 3.3, 3.75 and 4.2 mm. The internal connection of the implant is a cone with a hexagon of 2.43 mm for implants with a diameter of 5.0; 6.0 mm. Internal thread UNF 1–72 for all implant diameters.
Packaged in double sterile packaging together with an implant holder - a straight titanium abutment and a titanium cover screw. The implant is sterile and intended for single use.
Before use, it is recommended to read the instructions for use. Implantation zones – all parts of the upper and anterior parts of the lower jaw. Suitable for bone types D2, D3,
D4. Indications for all types of implantations. The best results are achieved with immediate implantation, immediate loading of the implant.
The implant is equipped with a titanium abutment.
Used:
- titanium implant holder in sterile packaging,
- implant guides when installing an implant into the bone,
- gum formers for one-stage implantation,
- scan transfer (with plastic cap),
- for temporary cement-screw prosthetics
- titanium base for permanent crowns.
Advantages:
- large selection of sizes,
- minimal time for inserting the implant into the bone,
- changing the position of the implant in the bone during insertion of the implant into the bone,
- primary fixation of the implant can always be achieved,
- there are no mechanical complications - mobility of the abutment/crown and no bone resorption in the coronal part of the implant during Due to the deep internal conical connection, it increases the volume of bone in the coronal part of the implant at the level of the alveolar ridge.
