You can contact us using this form if you want to exchange a purchased and unused product that did not suit you or that you ordered by mistake for a new product you need, provided that its value is not less than the exchanged product.

Any item you wish to exchange must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged.
You must pay the cost of return shipping for such a product, as well as the cost of shipping a new product.
Exchange of poor-quality goods
The exchange of goods of poor quality is carried out free of charge.
We will also pay the cost of return shipping and the cost of reshipping the item.
