Titanium Base for Conical Implant CH2.43
The Titanium Base for Conical Implant CH2.43 is a precision-engineered prosthetic component designed for screw-retained restorations on osseointegrated implants. It serves as a reliable base for the fabrication of customized zirconia crowns and abutments, ensuring stability, accuracy, and long-term clinical performance.
The titanium base features a straight design with a 0.5 mm shoulder and incorporates an internal hex anti-rotation element (Hex 2.43), preventing rotation between the implant, titanium base, and prosthetic restoration. This ensures precise positioning and enhanced mechanical stability throughout the restoration process.
Manufactured from high-quality medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ASTM F136), the component provides excellent strength, biocompatibility, and resistance to mechanical stress.
