Titanium Base for Conical Implant CH2.43

Use for screw permanent restoration for crown/abutment on  osseointegrated implants CH2.43. This is a titanium base for fixing a customized zirconia crown/abutment.

• Shoulder Diameter 4.5;
• Body Height:4.0

The titanium base is supplied straight, with a shoulder 0.5mm, with an anti-rotation element  Hex 2.43.

Titanium base is made of medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM 136.

Used to fabricate customized zirconia crown/abutment on conical implants CH2.43. Direct connection to implant CH2.43 using titanium screw 701203 1-72UNF. 

Used together:

• UMI implant diameter 4.2 mmd; 5.0mmd and 6.0mmd, 
• PMI implant diameter 5.0 mmd and 6,0 mmd.

Before use, sterilization in an autoclave at a temperature of 135°C/274°F is necessary.
