Manufactured from medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V, ASTM F136), the cover screw offers excellent biocompatibility, strength, and corrosion resistance. Its smooth external surface minimizes tissue irritation and supports optimal healing conditions.

Intended Use
The Cover Titanium Screw for Conical Implant CH 2.1 is intended for temporary placement in dental implants to:
- Seal and protect the internal implant connection
- Prevent contamination during the healing phase
- Support proper osseointegration in two-stage implantation protocols
Indications
- Use with implants featuring conical internal connection CH 2.1
- Suitable for two-stage implantation procedures
- Placed immediately after implant insertion and removed prior to prosthetic phase
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to titanium
- Not intended for prosthetic or long-term intraoral use
Preparation Before Use
- Supplied non-sterile
- Must be sterilized before use in an autoclave at: 135°C (274°F)
- Inspect the screw for damage or contamination before use
Clinical Procedure
- Ensure the implant is properly placed and stable
- Clean and dry the internal implant connection
- Insert the cover screw into the implant
- Tighten using a 1.25 mm hex (Allen) key
