Refund Policy and Warranty Commitment

DMI Technology provides a lifetime warranty on in-house manufactured implants.

DMI will not reimburse the professional or patient for any additional costs or expenses arising from failed implantation.

The warranty does not cover abutments and other accessories.

To take advantage of the warranty, the professional must use surgical and prosthetic components and complete the implant process in accordance with DM Technology's instructions.

Ensure that the patient follows generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene.

To claim DMI Technology under this warranty, you must submit a completed Product Replacement Form and ship the defective product and other components within 30 days of the failure occurring.

Make sure all products are sterilized before shipping.

The warranty is intended solely for the healthcare provider and not for any other person or entity.

This warranty program applies to DMI Technology implants and all authorized distributors.

For implants, oral hygiene checkups are recommended twice a year.
