Unique Modular Titanium Implant

UMI is a titanium self-tapping dental implant with a pronounced conical shape, with variable threads and an internal conical connection. The implants are made of medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM-136. Implants are available in diameters from 3.3mm to 6.0mm and length from 8mm to 18mm.

The outer surface of the implant undergoes double treatment (sandblasting and acid treatment). The texture of the outer surface of the implant has micropores measuring 1-4 macropores and macropores measuring 30-40 micrometers.

The external thread of the implant has a double helix shape. The internal connection of the implant is a cone with a 2.1mm hexagon for implants with a diameter of 3.3 and 3.75mm.

The internal connection of the implant is a cone with a 2.43mm hexagon for implants with a diameter of 4.2mm; 5.0mm; 6.0mm.

Internal thread UNF 1–72 for all implant diameters.

Packaged in double sterile packaging together with an implant holder - a straight titanium abutment and a titanium cover screw. The implant is sterile and intended for single use.

Implantation zones – all parts of the upper and lower jaw. Suitable for bone types D1, D2, D3, D4. Indications for all types of implantations. The best results are achieved with immediate implantation, immediate loading of the implant.

The implant is complete with a titanium abutment. Which is used:

1. implant drivers when installing an implant into the bone,
2. gum formers for one-stage implantation,
3. scan transfer (with a plastic cap) for temporary cement and screw prosthetics,
4. titanium base for permanent crowns.

• changing the position of the implant in the bone during insertion of the implant into the bone
• primary fixation of the implant can always be achieved
• there is no mechanical complication - mobility of the abutment / crown and no bone resorption in the coronal part of the implant, due to the deep internal conical connection.
