Precautions
- Sterilize all instruments before first use and before each subsequent use.
- Maintain continuous irrigation during drilling procedures.
- Inspect all instruments before each use for wear, deformation, or damage.
- Perform appropriate preoperative patient preparation before surgery.
- Follow standard implantology and sinus augmentation surgical protocols.
- Clean instruments immediately after use to prevent residue accumulation.
Directions for Use
Preoperative Preparation
1. Verify availability of all necessary instruments and equipment.
2. Sterilize all instruments, equipment, and surgical materials.
3. Prepare the patient according to standard implant surgical protocols.
4. Verify availability of bone graft materials and implants.
5. Instruct the patient to rinse with 0.2% chlorhexidine solution for 2 minutes.
6. Administer local anesthesia.
Crestal Sinus Lift Procedure
1. Perform an incision along the alveolar ridge of the posterior maxilla without additional vertical incision.
2. Perform minimal flap elevation.
3. If alveolar ridge height exceeds 5 mm, gingival perforation without incision may be performed.
4. Sequentially prepare bone tissue using diamond drills with integrated stoppers.

2. Evaluate Schneiderian membrane integrity.
3. If membrane perforation is detected:
- Perform lateral window access using the spherical diamond burs included in the kit.
- Proceed with open sinus lift technique.
Bone Graft Placement
1. Collect osteoplastic material using the metal syringe.
2. Insert graft material into the prepared osteotomy.
3. Use integrated stopper compaction drills for controlled bone insertion and compaction.
4. Operate compaction drills in reverse rotation (counterclockwise) at 50–70 rpm without irrigation.
5. Introduce approximately 1–3 cc of graft material depending on bone resorption and implant requirements.
Implant Placement
Implant selection depends on alveolar ridge dimensions.
Recommended implant placement sequence:
- After Ø 3.65 mm drill → implant Ø 4.2 mm
- After Ø 4.2 mm drill → implant Ø 5.0 mm
- After Ø 5.3 mm drill → implant Ø 6.0 mm
