The Tool Key Short Hex 1.27 mm is a precision surgical and prosthetic instrument designed for tightening and loosening fixation screws used during dental implantation procedures. The lower working part of the key features a precision 1.27 mm hexagonal connection engineered for secure engagement with compatible implant prosthetic and surgical screws.

Directions for Use
Before Use
- Inspect the instrument carefully before each procedure.

Instrument Connection
Attach the upper universal connection of the Tool Key to the selected surgical or prosthetic driver system:
- 4 mm square connection

- Confirm secure engagement of the instrument within the ratchet or driver handle.
Clinical Use
1. Insert the 1.27 mm hexagonal working end into the compatible screw head.
2. Ensure full and stable engagement before applying torque.
3. Rotate carefully clockwise for tightening or counterclockwise for loosening.
4. Use controlled force according to the implant system manufacturer’s recommendations.
5. Avoid excessive torque to prevent damage to the screw or implant components.
After Use
- Remove biological debris immediately after the procedure.

Cleaning and Sterilization
