Product Description

The Titanium Screw M2 is a precision prosthetic fixation screw designed for secure attachment of prosthetic structures to implant abutments in restorative dental procedures.
The screw is manufactured from high-quality medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM F136 and is designed to provide stable prosthetic fixation, excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term clinical reliability.

Procedure for Use

Clinical Procedure

Step 1 – Preparation
               Sterilize the screw before use according to the recommended sterilization protocol.
               Verify compatibility of the screw, prosthetic structure, and abutment.
Step 2 – Prosthetic Placement
               Position the prosthetic structure onto the abutment.
               Ensure passive and accurate seating of the restoration.
Step 3 – Screw Installation
               Insert the Titanium Screw M2 through the prosthetic structure into the abutment.
               Use a compatible 1.25 mm hex driver key for screw insertion.
Step 4 – Tightening
               Tighten the screw according to the recommended clinical torque protocol for the prosthetic system being used.
               Avoid excessive torque application.
Step 5 – Final Verification
               Verify restoration stability, passive fit, and proper prosthetic positioning.
               Check occlusion and restoration integrity before final delivery.

Sterilization

- The product must be sterilized before use in an autoclave at: 135°C (274°F)
- After sterilization: Store in sterile conditions until use.
