This wrench is used for screwing screws with hexagon 1.25mmd manual and instrumental together with a "Ratchert" key, a surgical key, with a key dosed with a certain force of screwing screws. In dental implantation,
different types of keys are used to drive the screws, depending on the size and function of the screws.

Initially, they begin to screw in the screws with manual wrenches (431712 or 431212). After manually tightening the screw, it is necessary to tighten the screw with a force of at least 20-30ncm2 screwing (446301,446302 etc.). 

The universal long hex wrench 1.25mmd can be tightened with one wrench, both manually and with the help of additional tools. Autoclave sterilization at 135°C / 274° F before use.
