5. Insert the screw into the internal connection of the implant.
6. Tighten the screw gently until fully seated.
7. Verify proper positioning of the protruding pin above the implant platform.
8. Perform complete soft tissue closure over the implant and open cover screw.
9. Allow healing according to the prescribed treatment protocol.
Stage 2 – Implant Uncovering Procedure
1. Confirm successful osseointegration of the implant.
2. Locate the position of the open cover screw pin by palpation through the soft tissue.
3. Position the Gingival Perforator (471230) directly above the screw pin.
4. Engage the Universal Hex Driver 1.27 mm through the gingival perforator.
5. Engage the hex connection of the open cover screw.
6. Remove the screw while simultaneously removing the soft tissue core above the implant.
7. Remove the gingival perforator and extracted tissue.
8. Verify complete exposure of the implant connection.
9. Proceed with restorative procedures as clinically indicated.
Prosthetic Phase
