Titanium Base for Lock Esthetic Connector
The Titanium Base for Lock Esthetic Connector is a precision-engineered prosthetic component designed for screw-retained restorations on osseointegrated implants. It is specifically developed for use with esthetic connector abutments (Ø 4.7 mm), providing a stable and reliable foundation for customized zirconia crowns and multi-unit bridge restorations.
This titanium base features a straight design with a defined shoulder and incorporates advanced anti-rotation elements. These mechanisms prevent rotation both between the titanium base and the esthetic abutment, as well as between the base and the prosthetic restoration, ensuring precise positioning and long-term mechanical stability.
Manufactured from high-quality medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ASTM F136), the component delivers excellent strength, durability, and biocompatibility for demanding clinical applications.

Direct connection through esthetic abutment to implant H2.43 using:
- Screw 701205 – for shoulder height 0.5 mm (610547 + implant H2.43)
- Screw 701215 – for shoulder height 1.5 mm (611547 + implant H2.43)
- Screw 701225 – for shoulder height 2.5 mm (612547 + implant H2.43)

Instructions for Use
- Verify compatibility with esthetic connector abutment Ø 4.7 mm and implant system H2.43.
- Clean and sterilize the titanium base prior to use.
- Place the titanium base onto the esthetic abutment.
- Secure the assembly using the appropriate fixation screw:
701205 (0.5 mm shoulder)
701215 (1.5 mm shoulder)
701225 (2.5 mm shoulder)
- Ensure proper seating and stability.
- Fabricate the customized zirconia crown or bridge.
- Cement or finalize the prosthetic restoration onto the titanium base.
- Verify fit, occlusion, and stability before final placement.
Cleaning and Sterilization
- Supplied non-sterile
- Clean using manual or ultrasonic cleaning methods
- Sterilize in autoclave at 135°C / 274°F
Storage
- Store in a clean, dry environment
- Keep in original packaging until use
