Intended Use
The Titanium Base for Internal Hex H2.43 is intended for:

Indications
- Use with implants featuring Internal Hex H2.43 connection
- Permanent prosthetic restorations
- CAD/CAM fabrication of zirconia abutments and crowns
- Single-unit restorations
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to titanium
- Not intended for removable prosthetic restorations
- Do not use if the component is damaged or deformed
Preparation Before Use
- Supplied non-sterile
- Must be sterilized before use in an autoclave at: 135°C (274°F)
- Inspect the component for damage, contamination, or deformation
Clinical Procedure
- Ensure the implant is properly placed and osseointegrated
- Clean and dry the implant internal connection (H2.43)
- Insert the titanium base into the implant
- Fix the titanium base using fixation screw 701203 (1-72 UNF)
- Tighten according to recommended torque (follow implant system protocol)
- Verify correct seating and stability

- Design and fabricate a customized zirconia abutment or crown
- Attach or cement the zirconia structure onto the titanium base
