Intended Use

The Titanium Abutment Conical Slim CH2.1 for Turning is intended for the fabrication of custom implant-supported cement-retained restorations through milling and turning procedures performed in a dental laboratory.

Contraindications

Do not use:

- With implant systems not listed in these instructions.
- If the component is damaged, deformed, or contaminated.
- As supplied, without appropriate laboratory modification and fabrication procedures.
- In cases where a compatible implant connection cannot be verified.

- This product is intended for use only by qualified dental professionals and dental laboratories.
- Use only original compatible components and fixation screws.
- Improper milling, turning, or fabrication procedures may compromise the fit, function, and mechanical integrity of the final restoration.

Instructions for Use

Laboratory Procedure

1. Verify compatibility of the abutment with the selected implant system.
2. Attach the Titanium Abutment Conical Slim CH2.1 for Turning to the implant analog or implant using titanium screw 701203.
3. Design and fabricate the custom abutment using appropriate milling and turning procedures.
4. Finish and polish the customized abutment according to standard laboratory protocols.
5. Inspect the completed abutment for fit, accuracy, surface quality, and structural integrity.
6. Verify proper adaptation of the restoration prior to clinical use.

Clinical Procedure

1. Verify the fit of the fabricated custom abutment and restoration.
2. Clean and inspect the implant connection.
3. Seat the custom abutment and verify complete seating clinically and radiographically.
4. Tighten the fixation screw according to the implant system protocol.
5. Seat the restoration and verify occlusion, stability, and soft tissue adaptation.
6. For cement-retained restorations, remove all excess cement.
7. Perform routine follow-up examinations according to accepted clinical protocols.

Sterilization

- The product is supplied non-sterile.
- Before clinical use, clean and sterilize the abutment using a validated steam sterilization cycle. Autoclave sterilization at 135°C (274°F) is    required prior to placement.
- Do not use the product if sterility cannot be assured.

Storage

Store in a clean, dry environment in the original packaging. Protect from contamination, excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture, and mechanical damage.
