Intended Use
The Titanium Cover Screw for Narrow Implant H2.1 is intended for temporary placement in dental implants to:
- Seal and protect the internal implant connection
- Prevent contamination during the healing phase

Indications
- Use with implants featuring internal hex connection H2.1 (Slim Platform)
- Suitable for two-stage implantation procedures
- Placed immediately after implant insertion and removed prior to the prosthetic phase
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to titanium
- Not intended for long-term or prosthetic use
Preparation Before Use
- Supplied non-sterile
- Must be sterilized before use in an autoclave at: 135°C (274°F)
- Inspect the screw for any damage or contamination before use
Clinical Procedure
- Ensure the implant is properly placed and stable
- Clean and dry the internal implant connection
- Insert the cover screw into the implant
- Tighten using a 1.25 mm hex (Allen) key
- Verify correct seating and secure sealing of the implant
