Product Description
The Titanium Angular Adapter 17° and 30° for narrow implant H2.1 is a precision prosthetic component designed for angled implant-supported restorations on implants with H2.1 internal hex connection. The adapter features an anti-rotation element with a 2.1 mm hexagon and an M3.5 UNF prosthetic thread for attachment of the second part of a multi-unit restoration system.
The component provides a 17° angulation relative to the implant axis, allowing correction of implant angulation and improved prosthetic positioning in complex restorative cases. It connects directly to the implant internal hex using titanium fixation screw 701201.
Manufactured from medical-grade titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM F136, the angular adapter provides excellent mechanical strength, biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and long-term dimensional stability for implant prosthetic applications.
The component is intended for use in multi-unit prosthetic restorations and is compatible with selected UNIQUE and PERFECT implant systems.

Instructions for Clinical Use
1. Preparation
- Verify implant compatibility and prosthetic treatment plan.

2. Placement of the Angular Adapter
- Position the Titanium Angular Adapter 17-1 H2.1 into the implant internal hex connection.
- Align the anti-rotation hexagon correctly within the implant interface.
- Secure the adapter using titanium fixation screw 701201.
- Tighten using a 1.25 mm hex driver according to standard prosthetic protocols.
3. Prosthetic Procedure
- Attach the second part of the multi-unit prosthetic system to the M3.5 UNF prosthetic thread.
- Verify prosthetic alignment and passive fit before final restoration fixation.
4. Final Restoration
- Complete the screw-retained restorative procedure according to standard clinical protocols.
- Verify occlusion, prosthetic stability, and final seating.
