Intended Use

Clinical and Laboratory Procedure
Preparation
- Verify compatibility of all prosthetic components.
- Inspect the titanium sheath for damage, deformation, or contamination.
- Ensure all components are properly cleaned and sterilized before use.
Restoration Fabrication
- Position the Titanium Sheath onto the Standard Connector (604040, etc.).
- Verify complete seating of the sheath on the connector.
- Incorporate the sheath into the temporary or permanent restoration according to the selected laboratory protocol.
- Fabricate the restoration using conventional or CAD/CAM techniques.

Clinical Installation
1. Seat the completed restoration onto the implant-supported prosthetic platform.
2. Insert the Titanium Prosthetic Screw M2 UNF (700229).
3. Tighten the fixation screw using a compatible 1.25 mm hex driver.
4. Apply the torque recommended by the implant system and restorative protocol.
5. Verify complete seating and stability of the restoration.
6. Check occlusion and adjust as required.
Final Restoration Verification
Before completion of treatment:
- Verify passive fit of the restoration.
- Confirm complete seating of the titanium sheath.
- Check restoration stability.

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the restorative material covering the screw access channel.

Cleaning and Sterilization
- Remove all laboratory residues and contaminants.

- Rinse thoroughly with distilled or deionized water.
- Dry completely before sterilization.
- Sterilize before use in a steam autoclave: Temperature: 135°C (274°F)
