Product Description
The Plastic Sheath for Screw Esthetic Abutment is a precision prosthetic laboratory component designed for the fabrication of screw-retained permanent restorations on titanium screw esthetic abutments.
The sheath is compatible with screw esthetic abutments (Ref. 610548, etc.) and is designed without an anti-rotation feature, allowing passive positioning during prosthetic fabrication procedures. It connects directly to the esthetic abutment using titanium screw 700229 (M2.0 UNF).
Manufactured from high-quality Delrin® plastic, the sheath provides excellent dimensional stability, machinability, and reliability for dental laboratory applications involving implant-supported restorations.
The component is intended for use in dental laboratory workflows for the fabrication of screw-retained prosthetic restorations.

Instructions for Laboratory Use
1. Preparation

- Ensure proper seating and stable positioning.

4. Prosthetic Fixation
- Secure the prosthetic restoration using titanium fixation screw 700229 (M2.0 UNF).
- Tighten using a 1.25 mm hex driver according to standard prosthetic protocols.
Cleaning and Sterilization
- Before use, cold sterilization is required using: Antimicrobial sterilization solutions, or 70% ethyl alcohol
- Follow validated cleaning and disinfection procedures according to local regulations and clinical protocols.
Storage
- Store in a clean and dry environment.
- Protect from contamination, moisture, and mechanical damage.
- Avoid exposure to excessive heat or chemicals.
