Plastic Sheath Anti-Rotation for Esthetic Abutment
The Plastic Sheath Anti-Rotation for Esthetic Abutment is a precision prosthetic component designed for the fabrication of screw-retained permanent restorations on titanium esthetic abutments.
The sheath is compatible with esthetic abutments (Ref. 610547, etc.) and features an anti-rotation element that provides stable positioning and accurate orientation during laboratory fabrication procedures. It connects directly to the esthetic abutment and titanium implant H2.43 interface.
Manufactured from high-quality Delrin® plastic material, the sheath provides excellent machinability, dimensional stability, and reliability for dental laboratory applications involving screw-retained prosthetic restorations.
The component is intended for use in the fabrication of permanent prosthetic structures in combination with titanium fixation screws selected according to the height of the abutment shoulder (Ref. 701205, etc.). The titanium screw secures both the prosthetic restoration and the abutment to the implant.

Instructions for Laboratory Use
1. Preparation
- Verify compatibility of the esthetic abutment and implant system.
- Clean and inspect all prosthetic components before use.
2. Placement of the Plastic Sheath
- Position the Plastic Sheath onto the esthetic abutment (Ref. 610547, etc.).
- Ensure proper seating and alignment of the anti-rotation feature.
3. Prosthetic Fabrication
- Fabricate the screw-retained prosthetic structure according to standard laboratory procedures.
- Select the appropriate titanium fixation screw depending on the shoulder height of the abutment (Ref. 701205, etc.).
4. Prosthetic Fixation
- Secure the prosthetic structure and abutment to the implant using the titanium fixation screw.
- Tighten using a 1.25 mm hex driver according to standard prosthetic protocols.
Cleaning and Sterilization
- Before use, cold sterilization is required using: Antimicrobial sterilization solutions, or 70% ethyl alcohol
- Follow validated cleaning and disinfection procedures according to local regulations and clinical protocols.
Storage
- Store in a clean and dry environment.
- Protect from direct sunlight, contamination, and mechanical damage.
- Avoid exposure to excessive heat or chemicals.
