Intended Use
The Big Aesthetic Multi-Unit M1.6 Set is intended for prosthetic rehabilitation of dental implants using Multi-Unit Abutment systems. The set provides a comprehensive selection of components for fabrication of temporary and permanent screw-retained and cement-retained restorations.
The kit is designed for use by dentists and dental technicians during clinical and laboratory procedures involving implant-supported restorations, including conventional and digital workflows.

Clinical Procedure
1. Multi-Unit Abutment Selection
- Select the appropriate straight or angulated Multi-Unit Abutment based on:
- Implant position
- Soft tissue height
- Prosthetic emergence profile
Implant angulation
Verify complete seating of the abutment on the implant platform.
Tighten according to the implant system protocol.
2. Soft Tissue Healing
When soft tissue healing is required:
- Select the appropriate Healing Cap.
- Install the Healing Cap onto the Multi-Unit Abutment.
- Tighten using the supplied hex key.
- Allow soft tissue maturation according to the treatment plan.
3. Impression Procedure
Open Tray Technique
- Install the Open Tray Transfer onto the Multi-Unit Abutment.
- Verify complete seating.
- Take the implant-level impression according to standard prosthetic protocols.
- Remove the impression with the transfer attached.
Digital Impression Technique
- Install the Scan Body Transfer onto the Multi-Unit Abutment.
- Verify complete seating.
- Perform intraoral scanning.
- Export digital data for CAD/CAM restoration design.
4. Laboratory Procedures
Model Fabrication
- Attach the Multi-Unit Analog or Digital Analog to the impression transfer or digital model.
- Fabricate the working model according to laboratory protocol.
Restoration Fabrication
The following components may be used:
- Titanium Base 4 mm
- Titanium Base 10 mm
- Plastic Sheath for Casting
- Titanium Sheath for Milling
Fabricate the restoration according to conventional or CAD/CAM laboratory procedures.
5. Temporary Restoration
- Fabricate the temporary restoration using the selected prosthetic component.
- Install onto the Multi-Unit Abutment.
- Secure using the M1.6 Titanium Screw.
- Verify fit and occlusion.
6. Permanent Restoration
Verify passive fit of the definitive restoration.
Seat the restoration onto the Multi-Unit Abutments.
Insert the M1.6 Titanium Screw.
Tighten according to the recommended prosthetic protocol.

Removal Procedure
Remove restorative material from the screw access channel.

Clean using approved medical device cleaning procedures.
Rinse thoroughly with distilled or deionized water.
Dry completely before sterilization.
Sterilize all reusable components before use in a steam autoclave: Temperature: 135°C (274°F)
