The Osteotomes Set is a reusable implantology instrument kit intended for controlled bone manipulation and implant site preparation during oral surgical and dental implant procedures.

The set includes 5 straight osteotomes and 5 angular osteotomes with cylindrical working tips ranging from 2.0 mm to 4.2 mm in diameter. The instruments are designed for progressive bone expansion, implant osteotomy preparation, sinus lifting procedures, and expansion of narrow alveolar ridges.

Each osteotome is equipped with an adjustable movable stopper allowing controlled penetration depth adjustment from 4 mm to 18 mm, supporting accurate surgical depth management during clinical procedures.

Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel, the instruments provide excellent dimensional precision, corrosion resistance, mechanical durability, and long-term clinical reliability.

Directions for Use

1. Clean and sterilize all instruments before use.
2. Select the appropriate straight or angular osteotome according to the clinical situation.
3. Adjust the movable stopper to the desired penetration depth between 4 mm and 18 mm.
4. Position the osteotome at the prepared surgical site.
5. Perform controlled bone expansion or osteotomy preparation according to the implant surgical protocol.
6. Progressively increase osteotome diameter as required during the procedure.
7. After completion of the procedure, clean and sterilize all instruments before reuse.

Cleaning and Disinfection

Immediately after use:

- Remove visible debris and biological contaminants.
- Rinse thoroughly under running water.
- Clean manually or using an ultrasonic cleaner with approved medical instrument detergent.
- Dry instruments completely before sterilization.

Sterilization

- The instruments must be sterilized before use in an autoclave at: 135°C (274°F)
- Sterilization must be performed according to standard dental sterilization procedures and local regulations.

Storage

- Store in a clean, dry environment.
- Protect from moisture and contamination.
- Store in appropriate sterilization packaging until use.
