Product Description
The Surgical Navigate Abutment Set is a specialized surgical kit designed for use during the implant placement stage to facilitate accurate implant positioning and achieve optimal parallelism between implants and future prosthetic restorations.
The set is specifically intended for positioning the internal hexagon of the implant during surgery, allowing clinicians to achieve more accurate and efficient alignment between implants. By providing straight and angulated navigate abutments, the system enables rapid evaluation of implant trajectory and parallelism before final implant seating, helping to improve prosthetic outcomes and simplify restorative procedures.
Manufactured from high-quality surgical stainless steel, the Surgical Navigate Abutments offer excellent durability, precision, and corrosion resistance. The system is particularly useful in full-arch restorations, multiple implant cases, immediate loading protocols, and situations where implant parallelism is critical for prosthetic success.
The Surgical Navigate Abutments are used in conjunction with a standard 2.5 mm hex surgical wrench for implant insertion and positioning.

Surgical Navigate Abutment Set
Intended Use
The
Surgical Navigate Abutment Set is intended for use during dental
implant surgery to facilitate accurate positioning of the implant
internal hexagon and to achieve optimal parallelism between multiple
implants. The system assists clinicians in selecting the most
appropriate implant orientation and angulation for prosthetically driven
restorations.
Indications
- Multiple implant placement procedures.
- Full-arch restorations.
- Immediate loading protocols.
- Cases requiring implant parallelism.
- Prosthetically driven implant surgery.
- Verification of implant angulation during surgical placement.
Contraindications
Do not use:
- For applications other than implant positioning and alignment.
- If the components are damaged, deformed, or worn.
- With incompatible implant systems.
- As permanent prosthetic components.
Warnings
- The Surgical Navigate Abutments are intended for temporary intraoperative use only.
- Use only by qualified dental professionals and oral surgeons.
- Verify complete seating of the Navigate Abutment before evaluating implant orientation.
- Ensure compatibility with the implant system being used.
- Follow the implant manufacturer's recommended insertion torque values.
Precautions
- Maintain sterility throughout the procedure.
- Avoid excessive force during insertion or removal.
- Verify implant position radiographically when indicated.
- Confirm prosthetic space and restoration path before final implant insertion.
Clinical Procedure
Step 1 – Initial Implant Placement
Prepare the implant osteotomy according to the implant surgical protocol. Insert
the implant partially into the osteotomy using a standard 2.5 mm hex
surgical wrench, leaving sufficient access to the implant connection.
Step 2 – Evaluation with Straight Navigate Abutment (0°)
Attach the 0° Surgical Straight Navigate Abutment (460002) to the implant.
Evaluate the implant orientation relative to adjacent teeth and other implants.
If satisfactory parallelism is achieved, continue implant insertion.
Step 3 – Evaluation with 15° Navigate Abutment
If
angulation correction is required, remove the straight abutment and
place the 15° Surgical Angular Navigate Abutment (460003).
Evaluate implant trajectory and prosthetic alignment.
Rotate the implant as needed until the desired orientation is achieved.
Step 4 – Evaluation with 25° Navigate Abutment
For greater correction requirements, place the 25° Surgical Angular Navigate Abutment (460004).
Assess implant alignment and prosthetic emergence profile.
Adjust implant rotation until optimal positioning is achieved.
Step 5 – Final Implant Seating
Once proper orientation and parallelism have been established:
Remove the Navigate Abutment.
Continue implant insertion using the 2.5 mm hex surgical wrench.
Seat the implant at the planned depth and position.
Step 6 – Verification
After placement of all implants:
Verify parallelism between implants.
Confirm correct internal hex orientation.
Proceed with the surgical protocol and restorative plan.
Cleaning and Sterilization
- Clean all Navigate Abutment components thoroughly.
- Remove blood, tissue residues, and contaminants.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Sterilize using a validated steam sterilization cycle.
- Recommended Sterilization: Autoclave at 135°C (274°F)
- Do not use the components if sterility cannot be assured.
Storage
Store in a clean, dry environment protected from contamination, moisture, direct sunlight, and mechanical damage.
