Restoration Fabrication

Clinical Procedure

Titanium Base Installation

1. Confirm successful osseointegration of the implant.
2. Clean and inspect the implant connection.

5. Ensure complete seating of the titanium base.

Restoration Fixation

For Screw-Retained Restorations

1. Seat the completed zirconia restoration onto the implant.
2. Insert the Titanium Screw 1-72 UNF (701203).
3. Tighten the screw according to the implant system manufacturer's recommended torque values.
4. Verify complete seating and stability of the restoration.
5. Check occlusion and adjust if necessary.
6. Seal the screw access channel according to the restorative protocol.

For Cement-Retained Restorations

1. Verify complete seating of the titanium base.
2. Cement the custom zirconia restoration onto the titanium base according to the cement manufacturer's instructions.
3. Remove excess cement carefully.
4. Verify occlusion and final restoration fit.

Final Restoration Verification

Before completion of treatment:

1. Verify passive fit of the restoration.
2. Confirm complete seating of the titanium base.
3. Verify anti-rotation engagement.
4. Check restoration stability.
5. Verify proper occlusal contacts.
6. Confirm esthetics and soft tissue adaptation.

Removal Procedure

Screw-Retained Restoration

1. Remove restorative material from the screw access channel.

3. Remove the restoration carefully.
4. Inspect all components before reuse or replacement.

Cement-Retained Restoration

1. Remove the prosthetic restoration according to the clinical protocol.

Cleaning and Sterilization

- Remove all contaminants and manufacturing residues.
- Clean using approved medical device cleaning procedures.
