Product Description
The Titanium Base Round for Short Implant H2.43 is a precision prosthetic component designed for the fabrication and fixation of custom screw-retained zirconia bridge restorations on short dental implants. The titanium base provides a stable and durable connection between the implant and the prosthetic restoration, ensuring excellent mechanical stability and long-term clinical performance.
Manufactured from high-quality Ti6Al4V medical titanium alloy ASTM F136, the titanium base offers exceptional biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and predictable restorative outcomes.
The component is specifically designed for use in multi-unit bridge restorations supported by two or more osseointegrated short implants. The titanium base serves as a prosthetic platform for custom zirconia bridge fabrication and supports both conventional and CAD/CAM restorative workflows.
The titanium base is supplied in a straight configuration with a shoulder and is manufactured without an anti-rotation element between the titanium base and the implant, as well as without an anti-rotation element between the titanium base and the prosthetic restoration.
The component connects directly to compatible H2.43 implant systems and is secured using Titanium Prosthetic Screw (701207).

Laboratory Procedure
Restoration Fabrication

Removal Procedure

Cleaning and Sterilization
- Remove all contaminants and manufacturing residues.
