Product Description
The Titanium Base for Conical Implant CH2.1 is a precision prosthetic component designed for screw-retained and cement-retained permanent restorations on osseointegrated implants. It provides a reliable interface for the fabrication of customized zirconia abutments and single crowns, ensuring stability and long-term clinical performance.
The titanium base features a straight design with a defined shoulder and incorporates anti-rotation elements to prevent movement both at the implant interface and between the base and the prosthetic restoration. This ensures accurate positioning and enhanced mechanical stability of the final restoration.
Manufactured from high-quality medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ASTM F136), the component offers excellent strength, biocompatibility, and resistance to mechanical stress.
