Titanium Base for screw multi-unit M2

Use for screw permanent restoration for bridges on for two or more osseointegrated implants + esthetic connector abutment with a diameter 4.7mmd (611548, etc.).

This a titanium base for fixing a customized zirconia bridge.

• Body Height: 6.0mm
• Shoulder Height: 1mm

The titanium base is supplied straight, with a shoulder, without an anti-rotation element against the rotation of the titanium base in relation to the abutment and also without an anti-rotation element against the rotation of the titanium base in relation to the prosthetic element.

Titanium base is made of medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM 136. Used to fabricate customized zirconia bridges on esthetic abutment connector with a diameter 4.7mmd (611548, etc.).

Direct connection to esthetic connector abutment connector with a diameter 4.7mmd (611548, etc.) using titanium screw 700229 M2. Used together with an Allen key 1.25mmd.

Before use, sterilization in an autoclave at a temperature of 135°C/274°F is necessary.
