The Plastic Abutment Round for Implant H2.1 is a castable prosthetic component designed for the fabrication of custom cement-retained and screw-retained implant restorations. Featuring a round, non-hex configuration, this abutment provides maximum flexibility for the creation of custom prosthetic solutions where rotational positioning is determined during the laboratory fabrication process.
Manufactured from high-quality Delrin® (acetal resin), the abutment serves as a burnout pattern for the fabrication of individual cast abutments. The component features a round connection design without a hexagon, a diameter of 3.8 mm, and a height of 12 mm, making it suitable for restorations on narrow implant platforms.

Instructions for Use
Laboratory Procedure
1. Verify compatibility of the abutment with the selected implant system.
2. Attach the plastic abutment to the implant analog or implant using titanium screw 701203.
3. Modify the abutment as required to achieve the desired restoration design.
4. Complete waxing, investing, and casting procedures according to standard laboratory protocols.
5. Finish and polish the fabricated custom abutment.
6. Inspect the final restoration for fit, accuracy, and structural integrity before clinical use.
Clinical Procedure
1. Verify the fit of the fabricated custom abutment and restoration.
2. Connect the definitive abutment to the implant according to the implant system protocol.
3. Seat the restoration and verify occlusion, stability, and soft tissue adaptation.
4. For cement-retained restorations, remove all excess cement.
5. Perform routine follow-up examinations according to accepted clinical protocols.
Sterilization
