Used with a hexagon wrench with a diameter of 1.25 mm.
Direct connection to the conical implant internal cone+hex 2.43mm by screwing into the internal thread of the implant. Use together with nylon caps (670238, etc.) and metal caps (670240). Use for fixing removable restorations on osseointegrated implants.

- UMI implant diameter 4.2 mmd, 5.0 mmd, 6.0mmd,
- PMI implant diameter 5.0 mmd, 6,0 mmd.
Before use, sterilization in an autoclave at a temperature of 135°C/274°F is necessary.
