Angular Titanium Abutment 15° H2.43
The Angular Titanium Abutment 15° H2.43 is a high-precision prosthetic component designed for cement-retained and screw-retained restorations in dental implantology. The 15° angulation allows for effective correction of implant positioning, improving prosthetic alignment and aesthetic outcomes in complex clinical cases.
The abutment features a 4.5 mm diameter design with an internal hexagon connection (2.43 mm) and an integrated anti-rotation element, ensuring secure and stable fixation of the prosthetic structure.
Advanced Connection Design
The abutment incorporates a spatial “multi-lock system”, where the specially designed abutment body locks into the implant’s internal hex index according to the multi-lock principle.

Preparation Before Use
- Supplied non-sterile
- Sterilize before use in an autoclave at 135°C (274°F)
- Inspect the abutment and screw (701203) for damage or contamination
- Ensure compatibility with implant system
Clinical Procedure
- Ensure the implant is fully osseointegrated
- Select the appropriate abutment based on clinical requirements
- Place the abutment into the implant connection (H2.43)
- Align the anti-rotation element correctly
- Ensure proper seating of the abutment within the implant
- Fix the abutment using screw 701203
- Tighten according to recommended clinical torque guidelines
- Verify stability and correct positioning
- Proceed with cement-retained or screw-retained prosthetic restoration
Post-Placement Care
- Check stability of the abutment before prosthetic placement
- Remove excess cement to prevent peri-implant complications
