Titanium Base for Lock Esthetic Connector

Use for screw permanent restoration for bridges and crowns united on for two or more osseointegrated implants +esthetic connector abutment with a diameter 4.7mmd (611547, etc.). This a titanium base for fixing a customized zirconia crown.

The titanium base is supplied straight, with a shoulder, with an anti-rotation element against the rotation of the titanium base in relation to the abutment and also with an anti-rotation element against the rotation of the titanium base in relation to the prosthetic element.

Titanium adapter are made of medical titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ASTM 136.

Used to fabricate customized zirconia crowns united on esthetic abutment connector with a diameter 4.7mmd (611547, etc.).

Direct connection into the internal thread of the implant H2.43, through the aesthetic abutment, using titanium screw 701205 for a shoulder height of 0.5 mm to 610547 + implant H2.43 or screw 701215 for a shoulder height of 1.5 mm 611547 + implant H2.43 or 701225 screw for shoulder height 2.5 mm 612547 + implant H2.43.

Used together implant H2.43:

• PERFECT Implant 3mmd, 4.2mmd, 5.0mmd, 6.0mmd

Used for screw-retained restorations of single crowns.

Before use, sterilization in an autoclave at a temperature of 135°C/274°F is necessary.
